Returns & Withdrawal

For most distance purchases of physical goods you have a 14-day withdrawal right from delivery, subject to statutory exceptions.

How to return

Contact support with your order number and clearly state your decision to withdraw. You will then receive return instructions.

Exceptions

Exceptions may apply to clearly personalised goods and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. A personalised activation card alone does not automatically make every otherwise standard product non-returnable.
