Products

We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability and key characteristics accurate. Natural crystals and handmade or small-batch items may vary in colour, texture, size and appearance.

References to energy, intention, manifestation, attraction, protection, cleansing and similar ideas describe the symbolic and ritual character of the Magic Spell experience. They are not medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice and are not a promise of a specific external outcome.

Orders, payment and documents

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed by the active payment provider, such as Viva. At checkout you may choose a receipt or invoice and provide the data required for lawful invoicing.

Withdrawal and returns

For distance sales of physical goods, consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions. The customer may be responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Exceptions may apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, and to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Adding a personalised card to an otherwise standard product is not used by the business to remove a statutory withdrawal right for the standard product itself.

Cosmetics and candles

Cosmetics are sold only after the required compliance documentation and labelling are complete. Follow the final packaging instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it away from children, pets, flammable materials and draughts.

Privacy, law and disputes

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and cookies in the Cookie Policy. These terms are governed by applicable Greek and EU consumer law. Consumers may also use competent alternative dispute resolution bodies, including the Greek Consumer Ombudsman where applicable.
